I have an excellent opportunity for a Private Equity Tax Senior Manager to join a top international accountancy firm. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, lead technical assignments, carry out business development, and mentor junior team members. You will have direct support from the Partners, with exposure to a diverse range of interesting clients and clear, long term progression.
This role is ideal for a CTA qualified Private Equity Tax Senior Manager/Corporate Tax Senior Manager looking for a change, or a Tax Manager with a strong Private Equity Tax or Corporate Tax background ready for a step up.
Key Requirements
- A CTA qualification is essential for this role.
- Significant experience in corporate tax and private equity tax issues.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships
- Proactive and entrepreneurial approach to problem‑solving
- Flexibility to focus on technical work, client development, or a blend of both
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Private Equity Tax advice to a broad portfolio of UK and international clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Mentor and support junior colleagues in their development
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new opportunities
- Take the lead on complex Private Equity Tax issues and deliver exceptional service
