The Role
As a Private Client Tax Manager or Senior Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering bespoke tax solutions to a diverse portfolio of private clients. You’ll work closely with individuals and families to address their unique tax challenges while managing and mentoring a talented team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a varied portfolio of private clients, including high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and entrepreneurs.
- Provide proactive, strategic tax advice across income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, and trust taxation.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, becoming their trusted advisor.
- Identify and implement planning opportunities for clients to optimize their tax positions.
- Lead and develop a team of tax professionals, providing mentorship and support.
- Stay informed on legislative changes and ensure clients are well-advised on emerging issues.
- Collaborate with other teams to deliver holistic, multidisciplinary solutions.
- Support business development initiatives to grow the private client tax practice.
About You

Skills and Experience:
- ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) with substantial post-qualification experience.
- Deep understanding of private client tax, including trusts, estates, and international tax matters.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver clear, practical advice.
- Experience managing and developing teams in a collaborative environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify new opportunities for clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
