We are looking for a proactive, target‐driven Spare Parts Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through outbound sales, account re‐engagement, and strong pipeline management.

  • Re‐engage dormant/lapsed accounts and recover lost revenue.
  • Manage and grow key accounts via upselling and cross‐selling.
  • Deliver fast enquiry acknowledgement and accurate, high‐quality quotations.
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline with daily updates.
  • Proven B2B sales experience (parts/technical products ideal).
  • Strong outbound sales background with a growth mindset.
  • CRM‐savvy and comfortable managing a structured pipeline.
  • Experience in marine, power generation, oil & gas or similar sectors.
  • Knowledge of engines, turbochargers or mechanical components.
