Contract – 6 Months (3 Days a week onsite)

ARM has an exciting opportunity for an Operational Due Diligence Analyst to join a fast paced team at a Global Defence Company.

The Role:

  • All Non procurement Vendor Due diligence – Investigating vendors on third party tools, proposing an assessment, validating with compliance
  • On Boarding processing
  • Supplier data management
  • Stakeholder management – Finance, compliance, procurement, rest of business

Requirements:

  • Experienced in managing supplier onboarding processes, including Know Your Customer (KYC) checks, due diligence, documentation review, and compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong understanding of defence and aerospace industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements, ensuring suppliers and business activities meet applicable legal and contractual obligations.
  • Knowledge of ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management Systems, supporting ethical business practices, anti-corruption controls, supplier due diligence, and compliance with corporate governance standards.
  • Understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, with experience supporting quality processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and compliance with quality assurance requirements.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, including advanced data analysis, reporting, document preparation, presentations, and process tracking.
