As the Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you will be working alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. They are always looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry.
You will be involved in:
- Supporting operations in the Role Equipment Bay
- Conduct maintenance and servicing of critical survival and aircraft equipment
- Working under the guidance of the Role Bay Coordinator and Head of Workshops
- Contribute to ensuring equipment readiness, compliance, and operational delivery
- Servicing of chemical oxygen generators in accordance with OEM procedures and regulatory standards
- Inspection, repacking, and maintenance of life vests and associated survival equipment
- Accurate data collection and input into maintenance management systems and technical records
- Application of corrosion prevention compounds on relevant components and assemblies
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining workplace standards in line with 6S principles
Your skillset may include:
- Experience in the maintenance and servicing of survival and/or role equipment
- Experience interpreting technical publications and adhering to regulated maintenance practices
- Competent in the use of digital tools and maintenance data systems
- Familiarity with A400M or similar military transport platforms
- Awareness of human factors, FOD prevention, and tool control practices
