Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Supportability Analysis to influence design and ensure the system is and remains supportable to meet Front Line Command user requirements.
  • Assist in collaborating between the MOD (Defence Equipment & Support - DE&S) and industry contractors.
  • Analyse evidence in order to baseline and identify opportunities to improve Resilience, Agility and Preparedness (RAP) during Transition to Conflict (TTC) and Conflict.
  • Understanding of the processes to optimise in-service support solutions and processes (to include Support assurance documentation and obsolescence management).

Required Experience:

  • Good working knowledge of DEFSTAN 00-600 and S3000 series.
  • Experience in ILS, supportability, or engineering within the defence sector.
  • Experience in the Military Air Environment, preferably in Combat Air.
  • Excellent communications skills.
