Our client is looking for a M&E Operations Manager, initially for a 6 month period, based in Portsmouth. You will oversee the planned and reactive maintenance programs for them across a large housing stock, and will ensure that all work is completed to the required standards.

You will have:

  • Knowledge of M&E services including - Gas Servicing, Electrical Maintenance and Installations and Plumbing work.
  • Experience of managing a multi-skilled team of engineers.
  • Strong H&S knowledge.
  • The ability to communicate with residents and colleagues appropriately.
