Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled M-Files Developer to design, develop, and maintain document management solutions using the M-Files platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with M-Files configurations, scripting, and integrations, as well as a strong understanding of document lifecycle management and workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement custom M-Files solutions to support business requirements.
- Configure metadata structures, classes, workflows, views, and permissions.
- Develop scripts using VBScript or other supported languages for automation within M-Files.
- Integrate M-Files with other business systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) via APIs or middleware.
- Work closely with business analysts and end users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide ongoing support for deployed solutions.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications and user guides.
- Conduct testing and validation of changes prior to deployment.
- Provide training and support to users as required.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an M-Files Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of M-Files architecture, administration, and customization.
- Proficiency in VBScript, .NET (C#), or other relevant scripting/programming languages.
- Experience with M-Files APIs and integration frameworks.
- Familiarity with document management, version control, and workflow automation.
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- M-Files Certification (e.g., M-Files Solution Engineer or Developer).
- Experience with cloud-based M-Files environments (M-Files Online).
