ARM are delighted to be working with our client to help them recruit a Senior Associate Lawyer on a 6 month contract.
The Role:
- Handling prosecutions related to fare evasion and taxi/private hire trade.
- Drafting and reviewing witness statements, managing disclosure, and corresponding with litigants or their representatives.
- Acting as the decision-maker on legal matters, including liaising with counsel (barristers).
- Occasionally providing regulatory and compliance advice.
