I have an excellent opportunity for a Private Equity Tax Manager to join a top international accountancy firm. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, lead technical assignments, support business development, and mentor junior team members. You will have direct support from the Partners, with exposure to a diverse range of interesting clients and clear, long term progression. This role is ideal for a CTA qualified Private Equity Tax Manager/Corporate Tax Manager looking for a change, or an Assistant Tax Manager with a strong Private Equity Tax or Corporate Tax background ready for a step up.

- Strong understanding of corporate tax and/or private equity tax issues.
- Proven experience in client handling and project management.
- Experience producing high-quality tax work within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver high-quality private equity tax compliance and advisory services to a varied client portfolio.
- Lead and deliver specialist technical and advisory assignments.
- Work with senior colleagues to identify business development opportunities and maintain client relationships.
- Support and develop junior members of the team through supervision and on-the-job training.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide an integrated service for clients.
- Brief junior staff on assignments and supervise completion of work to ensure high standards.
