I have an excellent opportunity for a Private Equity Tax Assistant Manager to join a top international accountancy firm. This is a varied role within a supportive and collaborative team, with direct support from the Partners, offering exposure to a diverse range of interesting clients and clear, long term progression.
This role is ideal for a CTA qualified Private Equity Tax Assistant Manager or Corporate Tax Assistant Manager looking for a change, or a Senior Tax Associate with a strong Private Equity Tax or Corporate Tax background ready for a step up.
Key Requirements
A CTA qualification is essential for this role.
Solid understanding of corporate tax and/or private equity.
Proven experience managing a portfolio of compliance and advisory cases.
Strong project management and client-handling skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Interest in coaching, mentoring, and developing junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver high-quality private equity tax compliance and advisory services to a varied client portfolio.
Review and support the work of junior team members, providing on-the-job guidance.
Collaborate with senior colleagues on planning projects and technical assignments.
Build and maintain strong client relationships across a range of private client sectors.
Identify opportunities to enhance client service and contribute to business development.
Work closely with other departments to ensure clients receive a fully integrated service.
