An established and growing national Corporate Tax team is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate Corporate Tax Lawyer to join its highly regarded practice in London. The team advises a broad mix of UK mid‐market and international clients on both stand‐alone advisory matters and transaction‐related tax issues. Requirements

Experience within a transactional and/or advisory tax practice

Strong technical understanding of UK and international tax rules and structures

Ability to handle a varied workload involving both advisory and transaction‐based matters

Experience or interest in areas such as real estate, funds, private equity, corporate or related sectors

Demonstrated ability to deliver clear, commercial advice

Suitability for an Associate or Senior Associate level position, based on current team needs

Responsibilities

Provide UK and cross‐border tax advice for mid‐market and international clients

Support complex tax structuring projects across sectors such as real estate, funds and private equity

Work closely with colleagues across corporate, real estate, banking, projects and other teams

Contribute to the development of long‐term client relationships

Participate in the team\’s proactive, forward‐looking approach to generating advisory work

Engage in ongoing technical training and career development initiatives
