ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the warehouse and distribution., * Manage, develop, and lead a team of HGV drivers and drivers’ mates to ensure standard continues to be delivered

Define and implement standards and support the team through training

Plan daily transport routes and staffing, delivering great customer service as well as maximising operational and commercial efficiency

Deliver improvements from idea to implementation with effective project management

Ensure timely resolution of any issues arising in areas such as health and safety and people management

Foster a culture of safety by proactively identifying and addressing potential risks or unsafe behaviours, ensuring a secure workplace for all

Proven experience in logistics management, including managing a team and a fleet

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
