  • Manage the Innovation Exchange process from challenge scoping to solution provider pitching.
  • Deliver workshops, events, and the Innovation Café Series.
  • Engage directly with innovators to support funding and partnerships.
  • Capture outcomes and success stories, representing the programme at events.

About You

  • Technical background in critical materials or related disciplines.
  • Experience in the chemicals industry or supply chain.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
  • Excellent communicator, able to build networks across government, research, and industry.
