ARM have an exciting opportunity for an Investigation Support Officer to be a part of a major project within the UK. The role involves contributing to Fraud Risk Assessments, supporting interviews, preparing evidence, utilising data analytics to identify potential fraud, and delivering fraud awareness content.
The Role:
- Acting as a supporting investigator in formal fact-finding interviews.
- Assisting with the preparation of documents and evidence.
- To assist the Counter Fraud and Investigations team in utilising data analytics output to proactively search for instances of fraud, bribery and corruption.
- To assist with the maintenance of the investigation log/documentation, production of investigation reports and evidential material to appropriate standards, including the identification of recommendation and tracking of such.
- Create and deliver across various platforms fraud risk awareness content relevant to our business.
- Perform a variety of administrative and/or support tasks to a high standard and within budget and timescales to support team activities and projects, including arranging meetings, and booking travel and hotels for members of the Counter Fraud and Investigations team.
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders at various levels within an organisation, IPTs and external third parties.
- Working to a process to achieve an outcome and/or identify improvements to existing processes.
- The ability to analyse complex information and identify patterns and trends.
- Knowledge of Counter Fraud and investigation concepts.
- Knowledge of using various MS Office systems to find and secure evidence.
- Ability to work in a controlled environment to set policies, processes, and procedures whilst making best for Programme decisions.
