Quality Assurance Analyst
Permanent role based in Havant.
Candidates should have knowledge of AS9100 and ISO9001, an understanding of Quality Management Systems, and experience as an Internal or Lead Auditor.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Assist with support and advice on aspects of regulatory and 3rd party certifications associated with the company's presence on various sites.
- Assist in internal quality investigations.
- Assist with the development of the Quality Management System, its processes and support documents.
- Quality Assurance across the programme lifecycle.
- Arrange, plan, and support audits from external bodies.
- Engage with external industry, Government and Military Quality Assurance staff.
- Assist with auditing and approval of suppliers.
- Qualified to degree level or equivalent in a recognised business/engineering qualification.
- Familiar with Root Cause Analysis.
- Familiar with estimating workload and task management.
- An understanding of Business Management Systems e.g. Quality Processes and Requirements.
- Familiar with Process Modelling and maintenance.
- Familiar with administrative support to management meetings.
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Numerate and able to create presentations involving spreadsheet data and graphical information for high-level meetings.
- Understanding of a Quality Management System (QMS).
- Awareness of UK MoD Maritime, Land or Air-based programmes.
- Awareness of UK MoD Military Aviation Authority (MAA) Regulatory Publications (MRPs).
- Awareness of Allied Quality Assurance Publications (AQAPs) and Joint Service Publications (JSPs).
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) trained or Continuous Improvement experience.
