An established marine engineering and ship-repair organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of high-volume, short-duration and technically complex repair and upgrade projects. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced marine environment, working closely with internal teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure safe, efficient and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple short-cycle projects (typically around 1 month) with high technical complexity.
  • Oversee dry-dock repair and upgrade work from planning through to completion.
  • Coordinate internal engineering teams, subcontractors and client stakeholders.
  • Lead scheduling, budgeting, reporting, risk management and problem-solving activities.
  • Maintain safety, quality and regulatory compliance across all project phases.
Experience & Background
  • Proven background as a Project Manager within marine, ship repair, dry-dock, offshore, or oil & gas sectors.
  • Applicants from construction backgrounds will also be considered if experienced in complex, engineering-driven projects.
  • Strong communication and contractor-management skills.
  • Ability to deliver multiple concurrent projects under tight timelines.
