My client is looking to recruit a Fire Damper Engineer for clients across East & West Sussex
Duties to include:
- Carry out fire compartment remediation works under the RRO and the Fire Safety Act and all other relevant standards.
- To play a lead role in the service delivery of maintenance contracts
- To re-train, where required, to be able to carry out additional tasks depending on the needs of the business.
- Completion of servicing, remedials and breakdowns
Experience required:
- Full UK driver\’s licence
- Previous experience in passive fire stopping system installation, including:
- Penetration sealsLinear gap sealingCavity barrier installation Fire curtain installation
- To be willing to adapt to the need to travel and scheduling
- Be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of passive fire rules and regulations
- Experience in working to approved installation guides and techniques
