An established and growing accountancy and advisory firm is seeking a Private Client Tax Assistant Manager to join its Northern Ireland team. This role offers broad exposure to both compliance and advisory work, working with a diverse portfolio of clients. Requirements:

  • ATT qualified and ideally CTA qualified
  • Experience managing a portfolio in a Private Client / Personal Tax role

  • Confidence to challenge and enhance processes for continuous improvement

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and take ownership of a portfolio of private clients with minimal day-to-day oversight

  • Support senior team members on engagements and take responsibility for delivery to a high standard
  • Proactively manage the compliance process, ensuring deadlines are met and communication is clear
  • Oversee WIP, fees, billing and collections for your portfolio with support where needed
