We are seeking an experienced Senior Substation Secondary (Protection & Control) Design Engineer to support major transmission and distribution projects across the UK. You will lead FEED and Detailed Design activities, providing technical oversight across P&C design deliverables including protection schemes, SLDs, wiring diagrams, relay philosophies, I/O schedules and substation automation systems.

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience in Protection & Control design within transmission/distribution projects
  • Experience with substation design projects, ideally up to 400kV
  • Ability to lead technical design reviews and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
  • Client-facing experience and strong communication skills
  • Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline
