We are seeking an experienced Project Management Business Partner (PMBP) to support the delivery of CAPEX and construction projects from feasibility through to completion.

Working closely with the Project Leader and multi-functional teams, you will help establish project governance, manage reporting and stakeholder engagement, support budget and risk management, and ensure delivery in line with Airbus PM standards and compliance requirements.

Contract: 12-months

Clearance level: BPSS+

Hours: Standard 35 hours per week (working 4.5 days between the hours of 7am – 7pm, hours agreed at business discretion).

Pay rate: £39.04 Umbrella or £29.18 per hour PAYE

On site in Broughton.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of building and construction projects from inception to handover
  • Establish and maintain project governance and reporting
  • Support budget tracking, CAPEX business cases and milestone reviews
  • Manage project risks, opportunities and mitigation plans
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects and stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress, technical compliance and H&S standards
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with Airbus PM standards

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in Project Management within construction or CAPEX projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience leading multi-functional teams and external partners
  • Good knowledge of project management methods and tools
  • 3–5 years’ relevant experience, ideally within Airbus projects
  • Proficient in MS Project, SharePoint and reporting tools
