We are recruiting for two experienced Electrical Engineers to join the Design & Advanced Technology team, supporting major UK water infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver electrical design work on complex multi-disciplinary projects
- Produce technical documentation including SLDs, Load Schedules, MCC Specifications and Control Philosophies
- Coordinate Electrical & ICA engineering activities
- Support project delivery to agreed timelines and budgets
- Work closely with clients and multi-disciplinary teams
- Mentor junior engineers and support technical development
- Ensure designs meet industry standards and quality requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- CEng or IEng preferred
- Strong electrical design experience within consultancy, industrial or process environments
- Experience using electrical design software such as Trimble/Amtech
- Knowledge of HAZOP, earthing, lighting, DSEAR and ATEX practices
- Water industry experience desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
