A market leading Technology client of ours is currently looking for a Systems Engineer to join their team based in Whiteley. In the role you will be responsible for:

  • Installing, integrating, commissioning the system/solutions and getting system(s) operational across the UK.
  • Planning, creating & coordinating data/information to implement the technical solution(s).
  • Collaborating with Solution Architects and other key technical stakeholders for decisions on implementation of complex technical solutions & system optimisation.
  • Inspecting and accepting products from sub suppliers and partners prior to implementation (this may involve travelling to the Austrian headquarters).

Desirable skills include:

  • Network and IT infrastructure in a safety critical environment.
  • Some system administration experience of a mix of Windows/Linux IT systems.
  • Electrical/Telecommunication know-how.
  • Project delivery experience.
  • Project support experience.
  • Requirements Engineering.
