Role Purpose

We\’re looking for a Multi Skilled Operative to join the Empty Homes team, where you\’ll be completing a wide variety of trades tasks to a high standard with an emphasis on delivering an efficient repairs service to customers. You\’ll be working around Eastleigh, Southampton, Hampshire and surrounding areas.

Requirements

You\’ll be a good communicator, have an achievement-based approach to your work, and be motivated. A City & Guilds or NVQ qualification relating to the above trade skills and previous experience is required.
