- Key Accountabilities
- Platform Development
- Develop, configure and enhance Dynamics 365 applications and associated Power Platform solutions.
- Deliver approved system enhancements, workflow automation and process improvements.
- Build and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows and Dataverse components.
- Support development of customer-facing digital capabilities including forms, portals and self-service functionality.
- Business-As-Usual Support
- Resolve development-related defects and technical issues.
- Support application maintenance and ongoing platform improvements.
- Assist with technical investigations and root cause analysis.
- Maintain technical documentation and release records.
- Project Delivery
- Deliver agreed technical work packages within approved projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into deliverable solutions.
- Support testing activities across Development, SIT and UAT environments.
- Contribute to deployment planning and release readiness activities.
- Integration & Automation
- Support integrations between Dynamics 365, Share Point, Microsoft 365 and other enterprise systems.
- Develop automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in implementing scalable and supportable solutions aligned to platform standards.
- Governance & Technical Standards
- Adhere to established development, security and deployment standards.
- Ensure all solution changes are documented and traceable.
- Participate in peer reviews and testing activities.
- Escalate design, security or platform concerns to the Dynamics 365 Architect and Product Owner.
- To ensure clear accountability and avoid duplication of responsibilities:
- The Dynamics 365 Architect retains ownership of solution architecture, technical standards, environment strategy and deployment approvals.
- This role provides development and delivery capacity and does not hold design authority for the platform.
- All production deployments and significant solution changes will follow established governance and approval processes.
- Knowledge, Experience & Skills
- Experience developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of Dataverse and Microsoft cloud technologies.
- Experience delivering solutions within Agile environments.
- Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise CRM platforms within a complex organisational environment.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- Experience of Share Point integration.
- Experience with Power Pages or customer portal technologies.
- Familiarity with Azure integrations and APIs.
- Knowledge of customer experience, property or asset management processes.
