Our client is seeking a CTA qualified Assistant Manager (from either a Corporate Tax or Private client tax background) who wants to join a successful, growing private equity tax team working on complex transactions, high-performing clients, and challenging, rewarding deals.
You’ll have the opportunity to learn and develop to advise across the entire private equity lifecycle - from fund structuring and acquisitions to portfolio support and exits within a collaborative, growth-focused environment where your expertise makes a real impact.
