I am currently working with a highly reputable, privately owned, family-run ferry operator based in the United Kingdom! They are looking for an experienced Seagoing Chief Engineer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis!
For this role, you will be required to provide technical support both to the vessel and shoreside team. This will be by means of:
- Daily operation of the Engineering Department.
- Defect management.
- Class compliance and surveys.
- Management of planned maintenance of the vessel.
Requirements:
- Chief Engineer >3000KW CoC or higher.
- STCW Basic Training + Designated Security Duties and Crowd Management.
- Valid ENG1.
- Residence and full right-to-work in the United Kingdom.
