I am currently working with a highly reputable, privately owned, family-run ferry operator based in the United Kingdom! They are looking for an experienced Seagoing Chief Engineer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis!

For this role, you will be required to provide technical support both to the vessel and shoreside team. This will be by means of:

  • Daily operation of the Engineering Department.
  • Defect management.
  • Class compliance and surveys.
  • Management of planned maintenance of the vessel.

Requirements:

  • Chief Engineer >3000KW CoC or higher.
  • STCW Basic Training + Designated Security Duties and Crowd Management.
  • Valid ENG1.
  • Residence and full right-to-work in the United Kingdom.
