We are supporting a leading transport organisation in recruiting a Quality Inspector to join a major rolling stock improvement programme in London.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out quality inspections and assurance activities across an overhaul production line
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards
- Support document control processes
- Conduct supplier visits for product inspections and quality reviews
- Identify non-conformances and support corrective actions
Requirements
- Experience in Quality Inspection/QA within engineering, rail, or manufacturing
- Strong understanding of inspection processes and documentation
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Experience with supplier inspections or audits
- Rolling stock or rail experience desirable
