We are seeking an experienced Construction Quality Manager to support the delivery of residential apartment and housing developments across the region. This role will be responsible for ensuring all construction works are completed to the highest quality standards, in line with drawings, specifications, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee on-site quality throughout all stages of construction.
  • Ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor build quality across substructure and superstructure works.
  • Coordinate inspections, testing, and defect management.
  • Manage contractor and stakeholder relationships.
  • Promote Health & Safety and quality best practice across sites.

Requirements

  • Strong residential construction experience within apartment and house building projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction sequencing, materials, and quality processes.
  • Experience working on complex construction programmes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline.
  • Chartered or working towards chartered status preferred.
