Do you hold an engineering apprenticeship? Do you hold an NVQ/SVQ Level 3 or equivalent?
As the Aircraft Fitter, you will be working alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. They are always looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry!
Working from engineering instructions and understanding Aircraft Drawings.
- General tasks include the use of power tools for drilling, shimming, and sealing.
- You may need to work in a confined space (tank work), which includes restricted and physically demanding wing access and egress through oval-shaped manholes.
Aerospace or Engineering Full Apprenticeship Indenture and City & Guilds Level 2, BTEC ONC or Modern Apprenticeship Certificate, NVQ Level 2, 3, Key Skills level 2 and City & Guilds Level 2/BTEC ONC in a recognised engineering field.
An ability to work alone or as part of a team.
