Responsibilities:
- Perform planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and commissioning on a wide range of HVAC and cooling systems within datacentre environments.
- Maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, servicing, installation, and commissioning of refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation systems, particularly liquid cooling systems.
- Lead and support other engineers on-site, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs across electrical and mechanical components.
- Manage and update asset records for seamless contract execution.
- Build strong client relationships and act as the on-site technical lead.
- Quote and deliver small projects and remedial works.
- Submit clear and accurate engineering reports.
What We’re Looking For:
- F-Gas Certification (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience in data centre HVAC systems and/or fluid cooling technologies
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (preferred)
- Strong fault-finding and repair skills across mechanical and electrical systems
- Comfortable working independently or in a team; mentoring junior engineers
- Health & Safety tickets (PASMA, IPAF, etc.) are a bonus
- Full UK Driving Licence
Salary & Hours:
- Up to £45,000 basic + door-to-door travel pay
- 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday
- 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
