They pride themselves on delivering first-class service and maintaining long-standing relationships with their customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MOT tests in accordance with DVSA standards and regulations
- Carry out vehicle servicing, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs
- Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and within given timeframes
- Accurately complete job cards and service documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Provide excellent customer service and support when required
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Qualified MOT Tester (Class 4 minimum) with a current DVSA license
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
- Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
