- We are seeking an experienced
SAP Success Factors Employee Central Architect to support a critical customer go-live and subsequent hypercare and stabilisation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR IT leadership and project stakeholders.
- Provide architectural oversight for cutover, production readiness and go-live .
- Identify risks, recommend mitigations and support go-live decision-making.
- Provide hands‑on guidance during hypercare and solution stabilisation .
- Support historical data migration and post-go-live Employee Central enhancements.
- Provide broader Success Factors expertise, particularly around integrations and cross-module dependencies .
- Required Experience
Proven years' SAP HCM / SAP Success Factors experience .
- Extensive hands‑on experience with
Success Factors Employee Central implementations.
- Strong knowledge of EC configuration, workflows, business rules, MDF, RBP, integrations and data migration.
- Proven experience across cutover, go-live and hypercare phases.
- Broad Success Factors knowledge, with strong integration expertise .
- Excellent stakeholder management and advisory skills, with experience engaging senior HR IT/business leaders.
Desirable
SAP Success Factors Employee Central certification and experience delivering global, large-scale HR transformation and data migration programmes.
The initial engagement will cover go-live and hypercare, with strong potential for extension into historical data migration and post-go-live enhancements.
