Location: Midlands, UK - Hybrid

Duration: Initial 3-month Discovery, with potential 12-18-month programme

Commitment: Part-time initially (2-3 days per week), moving to full-time for programme delivery

We are looking for an experienced SAP Programme Manager to support the discovery and subsequent delivery of a major SAP transformation programme. The initial 3-month discovery phase will define the roadmap for an SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA RISE migration, with the potential to progress into a 12-18 month implementation programme.

Key areas of scope include:

  • SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA (RISE) migration
  • Consolidation of SAP CRM and SAP PPM into S/4HANA
  • SAP BTP consolidation and integration
  • Portal and reprinting/printing solution upgrades
  • Programme roadmap, architecture, dependencies and delivery planning
  • Working closely with business and technical stakeholders to shape the target SAP landscape

We’re looking for:

  • Strong SAP S/4HANA transformation and migration experience
  • Experience with RISE with SAP
  • Broad SAP architecture/integration knowledge, including BTP
  • Experience leading complex SAP consolidation or transformation programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to operate strategically during discovery and transition into hands-on programme leadership
