We\\\’re a team-oriented and ambitious firm in the maritime sector, looking for a proactive, enthusiastic Sales & Parts Manager to lead our internal team and drive performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & coach a small team in spare parts sales – build skills, boost morale, and deliver results.
  • Own the sales numbers – set targets, track KPIs, and use tools like Power BI to report on performance.
  • Shift the team from reactive to proactive – drive outbound calls, upsell smarter, and win more business.
  • Use your technical know-how (or learn from our experts) to support customers in the maritime/diesel engine space.
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape strategy and grow our customer base.
