Key Responsibilities
- Manage all project-related costs, including preparing reports
- Assist the estimating team as required
- Review contracts and prepare contract documentation
- Demonstrate strong understanding of contract types and conditions
- Place and manage subcontract orders
- Prepare interim valuations and final accounts

- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project
