They are now seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all project-related costs, including preparing reports
  • Assist the estimating team as required
  • Review contracts and prepare contract documentation
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of contract types and conditions
  • Place and manage subcontract orders
  • Prepare interim valuations and final accounts

Role Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project
  • Degree-qualified as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Quantity Surveyor position
  • Strong client-facing skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Commercially astute with strong decision-making ability
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational and planning capabilities
  • Able to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines within a demanding workload
