Responsibilities Own the New Product Introduction (NPI) process for Quality Functionally manage the Quality Engineers across both business areas Own the Quality Engineering command media (for example non-conformance process, control plans and quarantine) ensuring they are reviewed and updated regularly Upskill the team to meet the needs of the projects - identify and deliver training Point of contact for Quality Engineering metric corrective actions coming out of reviews Drive continuous improvement to lean the processes Skills
