ARM is recruiting an experienced Project HSE Manager to join a major Oil & Gas, energy and engineering project based in Kingston. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior HSE professional to lead HSE activities across the engineering and development phases of an EPIC project.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Project HSE Management System throughout the EPIC phases.
- Act as the project HSE focal point and advise Project Management.
- Develop and coordinate the HSE team.
- Interface with Clients and manage HSE contractual requirements.
- Lead HAZOP, HAZID, risk assessments and risk management activities.
- Lead accident and incident investigations.
- Establish HSE monitoring and audit programmes.
- Manage subcontractor HSE performance.
- Support environmental management activities.
- Ensure compliance with UK HSE legislation, CDM, ISO and IOGP standards.
- Lead project HSE reviews and close-out reporting.
About You
- 10+ years' HSE experience, including 3+ years at HSE Manager level.
- Strong Oil & Gas, energy, engineering or construction project experience.
- Knowledge of UK HSE legislation and CDM Regulations.
- Experience working to IOGP standards is highly desirable.
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
- Tech IOSH or above preferred.
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor desirable.
- Strong experience in HAZOP, HAZID, risk assessment and incident investigation.
- Proven team, client and subcontractor management experience.
