Project Manager (Software & Infrastructure Projects)
Location: Luton
Contract: 6 months
Pay: Up to£67.50p/h Inside IR35 (DOE)
Overview: As the Project Manager you'll be required to support the delivery of software, infrastructure, and technology remediation projects within the Digital Backbone Portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver software and infrastructure projects from initiation through to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
- Coordinate internal teams, business stakeholders, and third-party suppliers.
- Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Track project performance and provide governance reporting.
- Ensure compliance with organisational governance, security, and change management processes.
Experience required
- Proven experience delivering software and/or infrastructure projects in enterprise environments.
- Hold a PRINCE2, APM PMQ, PMP, or equivalent certification.
- Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills.
- Experience with project planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Demonstrable risk and issue management experience.
- Knowledge of PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience of infrastructure refresh, cloud migration, cyber security, or obsolescence remediation projects.
