You will manage the technical implementation and maintenance of Control Room Solutions, reporting to the Lead Customer Service Engineer and coordinating with UK, Vienna and Turin teams. You will analyze incidents, diagnose faults, drive resolutions, and deliver changes to live services while contributing to continuous product improvement.
