- Transformation Project Manager
- 6 Months
- Leeds/Bradford - 1-2 days per week
- £500 per day (Inside IR35)
- The selected candidate MUST HAVE strong digital transformation experience
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital engineering and technology transformation projects.
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, budget, quality and timelines.
- Work closely with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Software Engineers and Operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate technical dependencies across engineering, infrastructure and business teams.
- Drive project governance, RAID management, reporting and executive stakeholder communications.
- Facilitate planning sessions, sprint reviews and programme governance meetings.
- Ensure customer deliverables are successfully transitioned into business-as-usual operations.
- Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Support continuous improvement across delivery processes and engineering practices.
- Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
- Required Skills & Experience
- Significant experience delivering large-scale digital engineering or technology programmes.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience working with Software Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure and Solution Architecture teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
- Experience managing distributed onshore and offshore delivery teams.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets and forecasting.
Desirable Skills
- Experience within Telecommunications or Media industries.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
- Exposure to AI-enabled products, Generative AI or intelligent automation initiatives.
- Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and CI/CD delivery models.
