ARM are delighted to be working with our client to help them recruit a HR Caseworker on a 6 month contract.
The Role
- Experience analysing complex information from multiple sources, with keen eye for attention to detail.
- Experience using government policy to make decisions.
- Experience working to strict policies and procedures.
- Ability to clearly articulate and justify decisions based on policy.
- Experienced working to tight deadlines in high pace and sensitive operational environment.
- Previous Casework Experience.
Requirements
- Experience of problem solving.
- Stakeholder Management.
- Good knowledge of Data Protection.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and written skills, understanding of English, especially written.
- Competent with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, PP, Excel, Teams etc.).
- Exposure to graphic/disturbing material and stories. Requirement to discuss up front with candidates to ensure they are resilient and ok with this.
