Property Development Manager Location: Victoria, London - Hybrid Rate: £426.78 Umbrella Contract: Inside IR35 Positions: 2 We are looking for experienced Property Development Managers to support a major London property portfolio, with a focus on residential development alongside student accommodation and office schemes. Key Responsibilities: Support property development plans, feasibility studies and commercial negotiations. Prepare business cases, financial reports and development strategies. Manage consultants, contractors and third-party suppliers. Work closely with internal teams, developers, local authorities and other stakeholders. Support planning strategies and the delivery of development opportunities. Assist with capital and revenue opportunities across the portfolio. About You: Property development/development management experience. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience across residential, affordable housing, registered providers, local authority development or consultancy is desirable.
