- We are looking for an experienced
- Change Manager to support a large-scale
Workday and HR transformation programme .
You will be responsible for developing and delivering the change strategy, supporting stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness and user adoption throughout the programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Change Strategy & Planning
- Develop and deliver the overall Organisational Change Management (OCM) strategy.
- Create detailed change plans aligned to programme milestones and deployments.
- Assess the impact of change across employees, managers, HR teams and business functions.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Identify and manage key stakeholders across the organisation.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, impact assessments and alignment sessions.
- Communications
- Develop and manage the overall communications strategy.
- Create targeted communications for different employee groups.
- Produce presentations, FAQs, briefings, newsletters and leadership communications.
- Change Impact & Readiness
- Conduct organisational impact assessments covering processes, roles, systems and behaviours.
- Develop readiness frameworks and conduct regular readiness reviews.
- Monitor business preparedness for deployment and go-live.
- Training & Adoption
- Define training requirements alongside functional and business teams.
- Develop role-based training strategies and learning plans.
- Coordinate training materials, user guides and supporting resources.
- Programme & Governance Support
- Participate in governance and steering committee meetings.
- Provide regular change reporting and executive updates.
- Ensure change activity remains aligned with programme objectives and timelines.
Experience Required
- Strong experience in Organisational Change Management within large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong experience supporting
Workday implementations or major Workday transformation programmes .
- Experience with enterprise HR, Finance or Payroll technology implementations.
- Proven experience taking change initiatives from planning through to post-go-live adoption.
- Strong stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, communications and readiness experience.
- Experience delivering change across organisations of
2,000+ employees .
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practice.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management capabilities.
Desirable
- Change Management certification such as
Prosci, APMG or CCMP .
- Experience with
Oracle HCM, Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion HCM, SAP Success Factors or similar HR platforms.
- Experience supporting M&A, workforce integration, organisational restructuring or similar transformation activity.
- Background within energy, utilities, infrastructure, engineering or other regulated environments .
