About the Role

We\’re looking for a qualified and experienced Electrician to join our Maintenance Team, delivering repairs, installations, and refurbishment work across domestic properties. This is a customer-facing role, where professionalism, safety, and efficiency are key. You\’ll be part of a supportive, multi-skilled team with the tools and technology to do your job well.

Key Responsibilities

  • Electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations in line with I.E.E. wiring regulations (including Part P)
  • Fault finding on single and three-phase systems
  • Testing, inspection, and certification (including EICRs and PAT)
  • Installation of showers, immersion heaters, and electric heating systems
  • Wiring of domestic heating controls
  • Maintaining van stock and updating job progress via PDA
  • Reporting urgent health & safety concerns and any follow-up work

Requirements

Essential:

  • City & Guilds 2330 or equivalent
  • City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Proven experience in domestic electrical work

Desirable:

  • City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing)

Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent fault diagnosis and repair skills
  • Able to work independently and manage own workload
  • Competent with mobile technology for job scheduling and reporting
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
