For Companies Role: Demobilisation Manager
Location: National (travel across England & Wales)
Contract: 6 Months | Inside IR35
We are seeking an experienced Demobilisation Manager to support a major Property Transformation Programme within a large, complex public sector estate. The role focuses on managing the exit of FM providers and ensuring smooth transition to new suppliers with minimal operational disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead FM contract demobilisation across multiple sites
- Manage transition between outgoing and incoming service providers
- Ensure continuity of Hard & Soft FM services in secure environments
- Apply NEC3/NEC4 contractual requirements
- Oversee completion of asset registers, compliance data, and handover documentation
- Manage supplier performance at contract end and support formal close-out
- Engage with stakeholders and provide regular programme reporting
- Identify and escalate risks effectively
Requirements
- Strong FM operational and contract management experience
- Experience in complex, multi-site estates (public sector desirable)
- Working knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts
- Strong supplier and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with mobilisation/demobilisation or contract exit activity
