ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Operations Specialist to join a global leader in aerospace innovation. You will be the link between our hiring Managers, Global Mobility, HRBP, Security, IT and direct with candidates, ensuring every stage of the recruitment and onboarding journey is efficient and fully compliant.

The Role:

  • Organised & Detail-Oriented: You will have a keen eye for detail and actively identify missing information and errors in complex data sheets.
  • Confident Communicator: You can translate complex, bureaucratic information such as visa requirements, security protocols, or internal policies into clear, concise communication for hiring managers and candidates, doing so with clarity.
  • Proactivity & Resourcefulness: You take ownership of tasks, seeing them through to resolution. You have professional integrity and will identify areas for improvement, and take action on these.
  • You’ll manage the pipeline, anticipating roadblocks and supporting candidates through vetting, background checks, security clearances, and global mobility hurdles. You will analyse current process gaps and implement scalable solutions to improve the candidate journey.

Requirements:

  • Degree in an HR, Business or Marketing related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Operations, Resourcing, or Talent Acquisition coordination role.
  • Experience in use of a major HRIS platform.
  • Demonstrable experience managing global mobility, visa processes, or security clearance workflows.
  • Experience in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including the use of functions, automation, and reporting tools.
