We are partnered with a leading global Gx P compliance and life sciences consulting business, who are looking to hire a Project Manager within QMS Implementation to join their growing team.
The preferred location is Barcelona on a hybrid basis, although remote working will be considered for exceptional candidates who can travel regularly to Barcelona.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end QMS implementation projects for global pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device clients, delivering complex consulting projects while managing stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Quality Management System implementation projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, risks and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate internal consulting teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and in line with Gx P requirements.
- Build strong client relationships and provide strategic guidance throughout project delivery.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects within a fast‑paced consulting environment.
- Ensure high standards of quality, compliance and customer satisfaction across all engagements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years' project management experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of GMP, Gx P, CAPAs, deviations and change control processes.
- Experience managing QMS implementation or digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Veeva Vault, Track Wise, Salesforce or similar is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
- Professional level English and fluent Spanish.
- Barcelona-based preferred, although remote candidates able to travel regularly will also be considered.
