6 month contract based in Bristol offering Β£65ph inside IR35.

As the Training Lead, you will be working alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. They are always looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry.

You will be involved in:

  • Engaging with Subject Matter Experts (SME) acting as a training technical interface to support and guide their training material design and creation activities.
  • Supporting SMEs with their technical interactions with the wider business elements in support of training material design and creation.
  • Ensuring relevant training development processes are observed to ensure developed material is brand compliant.
  • Ensuring technical coherence and overall quality of the Transfer of Knowledge delivery packages for each transfer element.
  • Supporting the Training Manager during internal external governance activities ensuring time, cost, and quality are maintained.
