An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Technical Manager - High Performance Computing to support the development and delivery of next-generation BEV and PHEV electrical/electronic architectures. This senior technical leadership role will focus on the delivery and integration of HCP4 systems, ensuring projects are delivered to timing, quality, and cost targets. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Suppliers, and wider Group stakeholders to support future vehicle technologies and electrical architectures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical ownership of HCP4 systems and related vehicle functions
  • Delivery of software, hardware, and system integration activities
  • Management of project timing, KPIs, budgets, and technical deliverables
  • Cross-functional collaboration and supplier management
  • Support technical roadmap development and future concept activities
  • Lead issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives

Essential Experience
